RULES AND REGULATIONS
Each number on the play card corresponds with the respective article of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights that it follows.
A citizen presenting a completed card for processing will receive a game ticket from the lottery retailer.
The Council proclaims that the holder of a winning ticket shall be entitled to the rights and freedoms described in the winning human rights article(s) for seven days starting at 11:00 pm the night of the draw.
By submitting a card for processing, the citizen agrees to abide by the Human Rights Lottery rules and regulations currently in effect at the time the wager was placed.
HOW TO PLAY
Each play card has five games. You may play one, two, three, four or all five games. Each game costs $ 1 to play.
Select two times six numbers from 1 to 30 in the upper sections and select two times six numbers in the lower sections for each game you want to play.
You may only use a pencil.
You can play the same numbers for more than one draw. Use the MULTI DRAWS column to select up to 26 consecutive draws.
Present your completed card to any Human Rights Lottery retailer for processing.
